Kempton Elem. Teacher Pages: Mrs. Hughes

Some basic sight words your child should know. . .

by Kim Hughes

October 04, 2008

Here is a list of the most often used sight words.  Learning these words will help your child to become a better reader.

There are several ways to use these words.  One way is to put these cards on index cards and use them as flashcards.  You can also put the same word on 2 different cards and play memory, you could use them to play word bingo or many other uses.  Remember, the more your child reads, the better reader he/she will become.  So READ,READ,READ!
