Krystal is an 8th grader in Enrichment Class with the project of photography. She picked this project because it sounded fun. She made this project by taking pictures and editing them. The pictures that she took were of a flower with water on it and a tree covered in snow. The best parts of making this project were taking the pictures and editing them. For her presentation she explained how to take and edit the pictures and showed people her pictures. She’s satisfied with her project and wished she had turned them in earlier. She wanted to have everybody see her project because it was amazing.
Danielle is an 8th grader in Enrichment Class with the project of making tacos. She picked this project because it sounded fun. Her ingredients are meat, onions, salsa, cheese, rice, green peppers, and soft shell tacos. The hardest part of making this project was learning how to make them. For her presentation she had to make enough tacos for everyone and the written part of her assignment was to write down the recipe. Her favorite part of her project was making them and eating them. She’s satisfied with her project and she wouldn’t like to change anything about what she had done. She loved making the tacos and they were very good.
Charles Myrick is an 8th grader also in Enrichment Class with the project of making a catapult. He picked this project because it sounded like fun. The material he used was wood, screws, string and super glue. The hardest part of this project was to make it launch. For his presentation he made a dime launch across the room. His favorite part of this project was presenting it. He enjoyed this project and was very satisfied with the catapult.
