Fun In the Sun

This year our Tri-Point Upper Elementary and Jr. High students participated in Spirit Week. Spirit Week started on Monday, April 14, and went through Friday, April 18. Wednesday’s theme was Island Day. If the teachers participated, most of them just wore Hawaiian clothes. Some of the students went all out with their costumes!
There were grass skirts, flip flops, sunglasses, swim suits, and lots of other island apparel. Also, lots of girls had flowers in their hair. People wore leis and big straw hats. This was a fun day for everyone.
