• Accepted minutes of April Meeting
• Accepted treasure’s report
• Approved Payment of Outstanding Bills
• Adopted 8 Block Schedule for High School for 2009-2010
• Approved Football Cooperative Addendum
• Adopted Fall Standardized Testing K-8, using Iowa Test of Basic Skills
• Adopted Environmental Biology Curriculum
• Authorized Superintend to Prepare 2009 budget
• Authorized Food Service Director to seek Milk & Bread Bids
• Employed Summer Employees
• Approved Use of Facilities By CIFL
• Approved Student Transportation Contract Addendum     

• Approved Gutter Replacement for High School, Lower Elementary
• Approved Water Heater Replacement at Junior High
• Approved Pontiac Correctional Resolution
• Accepted Resignation-Certified Staff
  • Mrs. Connie Hitchens
• Approved donation to Livingston  County Learning Center
• Upheld Student Suspension
• Employed Superintend/Principal
