Jr. High Baseball: PBL over Tri-Point

PBL 16, Tri-Point 6
Tri-Point was able to stay with host Paxton-Buckley-Loda for 3 innings Monday, August 30. The Raiders were able to scratch out a 6-3 lead after 2 1/2 innings, but PBL's bats roared to life and came back to take the lead and win the game.
Kyle Robinson started on the mound for Tri-Point, lastin 4 innings. He gave up 14 hits and 11 runs, 6 which were earned. He did not walk anybody and struck out 2. Zach Sunday pitched the last inning plus. Sunday gave up 4 hits and 5 runs, 3 which were earned. He walked 1 did not strike out anybody. PBL scored 5 runs in the bottom of the 6th with nobody out to end the game via the 10 run rule.
Zach Sunday and Randall Ifft had the lone 2 Raider hits, with Ifft's hit driving in a run.
