College Changes Everything

College Changes Everything™ is a College Access Movement initiated by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission. We want to tell a story, your story on how college or higher education has or will change your life. College is not only a life changing experience for you, but those who you are closest with as well as your entire community. In Illinois and across the nation those who obtain education beyond high school see a significant impact on their potential career prospects and future salary, but also change levels of poverty, life expectancy, crime and obesity rates in their communities. Illinois has set a goal to increase the proportion of adults in Illinois with high-quality degrees and credentials to 60% by the year 2025. The College Changes Everything Movement is an essential part of helping the state reach its goal.
