Tuesday, September 1 – VB Home vs. Ridgeview JV 5 Varsity to follow, XC vs Pontiac @ Humiston Woods 4:30, Bus 3:45, Study Table After School
Wednesday, September 2 – Golf @ Shewami (Sheldon) vs. Watseka, Milford, Donovan, Chrisman @ 4, Bus 2:15
Monday, September 7 – No School
Eureka College Day is on Tuesday, September 15th, from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. This is an opportunity to tour campus, meet with faculty and admissions, and explore academic programs. If you are interested in attending this college visit, please see Ms. Fisher by Monday, August 31st.
REMINDER: Senior students are allowed 3 college visit days, and Junior students are allowed 2 college visit days (with the possibility for more pending administration approval). College visit days do not count as an absence.
Student Council dinner/kick off on Monday 8/31 in the Charger Room from 5:30-8.
Tri-Point FFA has a kick-off meeting on August 28th from 5:30-8:30 pm. Parents are encouraged to come and that we will be in the Ag Shop. The students will be doing the Go-For-Gold Water Ag Olympics.
Next Friday we will have a C day. Freshmen through juniors will do a practice ACT test Friday morning. LACC juniors will not attend LACC so they can take the test. LACC seniors will attend LACC that morning. All other seniors will need to be at school by 10 am. You can ride the bus if you do not have a ride that morning. This will count as an attendance day.
Study table takes place on T and Th after school until 5:20. This is a great time to do your homework, get help, catch up on PLATO, etc. There is an activity bus that you can take back to Kempton, Cabery, or Piper.
