In a total team effort and their best match of the season, Tri-Point won their rematch against Donovan 25-21, 21-25, 25-21 to advance to the regional championship. Grace Richie had 5 kills and 3 aces, Ashley Estrada added 4 kills and 4 aces, Lexa Porth had 2 kills and 3 aces, and Madelyn Yohnka led Tri-Point with a team high 7 kills. This group of volleyball players have worked so hard all season, and tonight they rallied around an injured teammate to have a shot at only the second regional championship in volleyball since 1995. Tri-Point will take on Grant Park at Grant Park this Thursday at 4:30. No matter what the outcome is in the championship match, we should all be so proud of this team! Congratulations Chargers!
