Congratulations to Ty! Ty placed 3rd place on K & 1st grade coloring contest “It All Starts with Soil” sponsored by the Agricultural Literacy Partnership of Livingston County’s Soil and Water Conservation District, Farm Bureau, and University of Illinois Extension. The winners were selected from over 200 entries.
The public is invited to the Lower Elementary school for a Veteran's Day program Friday November 10, at 9:00 am in the East Gym.
The Lower Elementary Halloween Parade will be held in the East Gym, Tuesday October 31 at 2:10. Parents and family are welcome to arrive from 1:45 to 2:05 in order to get seated in the bleachers.

The Bookfair is coming to Tri-Point Lower Elementary
October 2 - 6th 2023
Students will preview the books and make their wish lists during the school day October 2nd.
They can shop October 3rd - 6th before school and during their recess.
We will be open at night during Parent Teacher Conferences October 3rd and 5th 4:30- 7pm

Smile Dentists will be at the Lower Elementary on October 12. Forms were sent home last week. They accept private insurance, State insurance, and the medical card. They also have some grants available if you do not have any insurance. You can sign up on-line at https://www.myschooldentist.com/Default.aspx or fill out the form and send it back to the school.
The Lower Elementary is looking for volunteers for Charger Community Readers! The first day will be Wednesday September 27 at 9:00 am and we will have reading on the last Wednesday of every month at 9:00 am. If you are interested in listening to our first grade students read, please call 815-253-6299 ext. 100 to sign up. Thank you for supporting our students!
