Tri-Point JH Volleyball traveled to St. John’s Buckley tonight. The 5/6th grade team started the night with 2 sets: Tri-Point winning the 1st set 25–16, and St. John’s winning the 2nd set 13–25. The 7th grade lost in 3 sets. 25-20, 11–25 and 19–25. Josie Harris had 6 aces, 2 digs and 7 assists. Ella Thorndyke had 5 aces and 1 dig. Sophia Billerbeck had 1 ace and 8 kills. Addy Honeycutt had 1 ace, 2 assists and 2 kills. Jaelyn Mettille and Tessa Porth each had 1 kill. The 8th grade team lost in 2. 13–25 and 9–25. Addy Honeycutt had 2 aces and 1 assist. Khloe Miller-Durby had 1 assist and 2 kills. Myah Mettille had one assist and one kill and Madi Yohnka had 1 dig.

The lunch department has provided an updated menu for the month of February, that has changes.

Tri-Point JH 5/6th grade volleyball team fell short tonight to PBL 24–26 and 18–25. The 7th grade team won in 2 sets: 25–13 and 25–11. Ella Thorndyke had 9 aces, Sophia Billerbeck had 5 aces and 3 kills. Jaelyn Mettille had 3 aces and 1 kill. Josie Harris had 2 kills, 1 dig, 2 assists and 3 kills. Addy Honeycutt had 2 aces, 1 dig and 1 assist. And Tessa Porth had 1 ace and 1 assist. The 8th grade team lost in 2 sets: 22–25 and 8–25. Madelyn Yonka had 2 aces and 4 kills. Khloe Miller-Durby had 2 aces, 1 dig and 2 kills. Myah Mettille had 1 ace and 3 assists. Josie Harris had 1 ace and 2 assists, Ella Thorndyke had 2 aces and Addie Honeycutt had 1.

7th grade boys basketball lost in the opening round of regionals to Ransom 35-5. Leading scorers were Tyler Martinez and Aiden Helton with 2 points each. Brynner Dietz had 1.
The 8th grade team will start their regional on Saturday January 27th in Saunemin. They received the #2 seed and will play St. John's at 11:30 am.

The 5th and 6th grade volleyball team lost against Iroquois West in three sets 17–25, 25–14, 10–15. The 7th grade team won in 2, 25–12, 25–17. Josie Harris and Addy Honeycutt had 3 aces each. Ella Thorndyke had 1 ace and 1 kill. Sophia Billerbeck and Joceline Clark each had 1 ace and 1 kill. Gabby Souligne had 1 ace. The 8th grade match went to three sets, but lost to IW: 18-25, 25–14, 14–25. Khloe Miller-Dyrby had 7 aces, 1 dig and 1 kill. Madelyn Yohnka had 3 aces, 1 assist and 5 kills. Addy Honeycutt had 3 aces and 2 kills. Myah Mettille had 4 assists and 2 kills. Josie Harris had 1 ace, 3 assists, and 1 kill. Ella Thorndyke had 2 aces and Brooklyn Hunt had 1 ace.

JH boys took on Milford tonight in all three levels. 5/6 lost 26-16. 7th grade lost 29-10. Leading scorers were Stephon Simmons and Jesse with 4 points each. Brynner Dietz had 2 points.8th grade won 31-15. Leading scorers were Miguel Amador with 13, Roberto Pozos with 10. Rafael Campos and Bryce Rock each had 4 points.

Some of our 4th/5th and JH students participated in the 2023-2024 Junior American Citizens(JAC) Contests.The entries had been judged and we got the results from the state level.

The 8th grade team lost in two sets, 19–25 and 16–25. Ella Thorndyke had 3 aces and 1 kill, Khloe Miller-Durby had 2 aces and 1 dig, Brooklyn Hunt had 1 ace and 1 kill, Madelyn Yohnka had 1 ace and 1 kill and Josie Harris had 1 assist.

Tyler Martinez and Jesse Small led with 2 points each. 8th grade lost 46-40. Leading scorers were Roberto Pozos with 13, Rafael Campos with 12 and Miguel Amador with 10. They play their final regular season game against Milford tomorrow night.
