IESA 7th Grade Girls Basketball Regional brackets are out. We earned the #4 seed and will play #5 seed Ridgeview on Saturday, November 22, at 10:00 a.m. The game is at Rantoul St. Malachy.
Some information from St. Malachy: All attendees will enter through the gym entrance off of Belle St. - no other doors will be open. Admission is $5.00 for EVERYONE

Santa’s Workshop
Hosted by PACE (the parent group)
Santa’s Workshop is coming! This is an opportunity for your child to
purchase Christmas presents for the entire family! There will be vendors at
school to provide gifts ranging from $1 to $5. During the day, each class
will have an opportunity to select gifts for family members and have them
wrapped! This gives the children a great sense of accomplishment and it
can save you a bit of time, too.
Santa’s Workshop will be on Wednesday, December 3 rd at the Lower
Elementary in Kempton and on Thursday, December 4 th at the Upper
Elementary in Piper City.
We need 6-8 people to help at each school, so all the gifts are wrapped
and ready to go under the tree! And, by “wrapped”, we mean “put in a
pretty bag with the top stapled shut”. There is very little actual wrapping, so
if you can run a stapler, you are perfect for this. If you would like to help
with this event, please call or text Carly Winterroth at 815-514-4906
If you can’t volunteer your time, but would like to help, we are accepting
donations to help with the wrapping of the gifts. Donations of peel and stick
gift tags, tissue paper, scotch tape, gift bags and bows would all be greatly
appreciated.

The State of Illinois signed Illinois Public Act 097-1147, known as Erin's Law into effect in 2013. This law mandates all public schools to provide students with age-appropriate body safety education on a yearly basis. Tri-Point CUSD #6J has partnered with the Clove Alliance to offer these presentations to our students. Clove Alliance will be presenting to our students on Tuesday, November 4th.
Dear Parents and Guardians,
In compliance with Illinois Public Act 097-1147, also known as Erin’s Law, all public schools in Illinois are
required to provide age-appropriate body safety education to students in grades Pre-K through 12 each year.
To fulfill this requirement, our school has partnered with Clove Alliance (formerly KC-CASA/ISAS) to deliver
body safety education to our students. On November 4, 2025 trained prevention educators from Clove Alliance
will present in your student’s classroom.
Topics covered in this 6th-8th grade presentation include:
● What consent means and why it’s important in relationships
● Recognize when someone can or cannot give consent
● Understanding how to recognize and respect personal boundaries
● Building healthy, respectful relationships both in person and online
Clove Alliance has been providing school-based sexual abuse prevention education for over 30 years. All
content is presented in an age-appropriate and trauma-informed manner, with the goal of empowering
students to recognize unsafe situations and seek help when needed.
