Some of the Upper Elementary/ Junior High students entered the 2024 – 2025 Junior American Citizens (JAC) Contests. This year’s poster theme was “Celebrate the 250th Birthday of the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.” These students won in their age group for the chapter and state level. Their posters have been sent on to the North-Central contest, competing with entries from seven other states. If they place first there, they will be sent to the national contest. 4th grade 1st place Laurel Meister, 5th grade 1st place Kade Schuette, 6th grade 1st place Zoey Van Hook, 7th grade 1st place Joceline Clark, 8th grade 1st place Brynner Dietz.
