Tri-Point Athletics is proud to bring you our Alumni Spotlight! Here we showcase our former TPHS student-athletes who study and compete at the collegiate level. These students have proven hard work in the classroom and dedication on the field translates to success!
Alumni Spotlight: Jose Amador
Sport: Cross Country and Track
What are you looking forward to this season?
“Having a healthy cross country season that will help the team place well at the conference championship”
Major/Field of Study:
Business Administration and Hispanic Studies double major
Plans after Eureka:
Continue working for the family construction business while looking for ways to branch off and create my own stream of customers
How did TPHS help you prepare for the next step?
Academically: the teachers held me and my peers to a high standard of work and accountability which helped to apply those lessons into a college setting with a much smoother transition
Athletically:
It was always important to be vocal regardless of the team I was on so when making the jump into a new team it was easy to make connections with teammates which led to other leadership positions on campus.
